Every family with a tutor at Cell Tuition has an account on Teachworks, the system we run lessons on. Log in to see the calendar, pay invoices, request a lesson and look back at what was covered.
A log in is only available to active private tutoring clients. Not with us yet? Book a free first lesson and your account comes with it.
What you can do once you are in
See every lesson in a calendar
All booked lessons, past and future, with the tutor, the subject, the time and whether it is online or in person. Parents see every child; a student sees their own lessons.
Invoices and payment
Every invoice, paid and due, in one list. Pay by card online with no card fees, or see the bank details for a transfer. Parents only: students never see billing.
Look back at past lessons
Each past lesson is listed with its date and tutor, so you can see what has been covered and how often. The PDF notes from each lesson still arrive by email the same day.
Request an extra lesson
Exam coming up? Ask for an extra lesson with your tutor from inside your account. We confirm it, usually the same day.
Move a lesson
Lessons can be moved with 48 hours' notice, as set out in our policies. Ask through your account or message your tutor.
Reminders and details
Lesson reminders by email, and text reminders if you turn them on. Keep your contact details up to date so the reminders and invoices reach you.
How your account works
You are invited
When your child's first lesson is booked, Teachworks emails the parent an invitation. Click the link, choose a password, and the account is live.
Parent and student
The parent's account sees everything, including invoices. A student can have their own log in that shows lessons only. Ask us to set one up.

Use the form at the top of this page, or the Log in link in the menu. It works on a phone too.
Questions
Who gets a log in?
Families with a current tutor at Cell Tuition. The parent who enrolled gets the account; a student can be given their own as well. Visitors using the free quizzes, worksheets or assessment do not need an account for any of those.
I never received the invitation email.
Check the junk folder for an email from Teachworks, then use "Did not get the confirmation email?" under the log in form to have it sent again. If that fails, email hello@celltuition.com and we resend it.
I forgot my password.
Click "Forgot your password?" under the log in form. Teachworks emails you a link to set a new one.
Can I pay online?
Yes, by card from the invoice in your account, with no card fees added. Bank transfer works too; the details are on every invoice.
What is Teachworks?
The scheduling and billing system Cell Tuition runs on. Your log in details are held by Teachworks, not by this website, and only the information needed to run your lessons is stored there. See our policies.
