We offer secure credit card payments through Stripe. -
Invoices are sent Mondays for the following week and are due Thursdays (3 days after).
All lessons must be prepaid the week before, otherwise we might cancel your scheduled lesson if someone else wants the spot. -
If you want to request a refund, please send an email with your request. You can cancel lessons without penalty as long as you follow our cancellation policy.

There is significiant amount of research from the last 5 years that suggests that there is no difference in online learning and in person learning on average.However:
We do not recommend online lessons for Primary School Students.

Cancel your lesson with 24h notice and you do not need to pay.
Cancelling within 24h notice and you will have to pay for the full price.
